In the Morning

It's so easy to get caught up in the craziness and the negative things that are happening in our lives and in the lives of those around us. It seems that violent crimes, hunger and sickness is at an all-time high. We seem to be struggling against things that make our defeat seem imminent. But I'm so glad that we serve a God that guarantees our victory no matter what the odds may be. It's hard to imagine living life in a world where we have no control over most of the things that happen, without a relationship with God. Sometimes it's easier said than done, but it's true nonetheless, that all we have to do is pray, wait, listen and move when the Lord says to move. God can take us from the midnight of our sorrow to our morning of joy, peace and victory. God has a plan for each and every one of His people and wants us to be able to use our testimonies of victory to praise him and encourage those who are facing unbeatable odds. We are so blessed to serve a God who is willing to do whatever is necessary to save us from our situations. After all, he even gave up his son for us.

So, I want to encourage you to continue to seek God and hold fast to his hand. For He is faithful and true to his promises. Sometimes it's not about what the test is but about how we take the test. Do we whine and complain or do we thank God for the confidence he has placed in us to pass the test. Remember, God already knows we can weather the storm before he allows it to come. Victory is ours but the battle is the Lords.

Be Blessed.
